Add or change missions
One row per mission. All times are Hawaii local time. Callsign of the flight (RAPTR11), the number of jets and type in Type (4/F22), IFR or VFR, the scheduled departure (P-time) and arrival back, and the SUAs the mission will use (W-188 W-189). Tick Due Regard (IFR or VFR) when the flight heads for a warning area and wants no ATC services once it cancels IFR or flight following. HCF sees each mission on the HNL departure board, and the page checks it against the FACSFAC OPEN/CLSD schedule below.

Callsign only if it differs from the tail number. Arrival time is when you expect to land at the destination
(or give the minutes airborne). Flight types: VFR return to HNL (destination is HNL), Student Solo flight,
VFR Outer Island (to or from another island). No pattern work at HNL.
Military IFR departure: callsign of the flight (RAPTR11) in Callsign, the number of jets and type in Type (4/F22),
and the P-time in Departs (Hawaii local). Tail number is optional. HCF sees it on the HNL departure board.
